GOC was contracted by the General Directorate of Roads to draw up the construction project for the new section of the Duero Highway (A11): the Aranda de Duero bypass.
In addition to the drafting of the basic and execution project, GOC carried out the following activities:
- Layout study
- Geotechnical study
- Environmental control and monitoring and acoustic studies and tests
- Structural design and calculation engineering
